    Cancellation Policy

    Before Shipment (Applicable only for orders within India)

    If your order or item(s) have not been shipped yet, you can cancel your order by contacting our customer support team at uttamherbals187@gmail.com or by calling us at +91 9996610090 (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM).

    Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will cancel the order and process your refund within 24-48 business hours.

    Refund Process for Canceled Orders

    1. Before Shipment: Refunds will be processed within 24-48 business hours after we receive your cancellation request via email with the order number.

    2. After Shipment: If the order has already been dispatched, we will process the refund once the products are returned and verified at our warehouse.

      • Credit/Debit Cards/Net Banking: Refunds will be credited to the same account used for payment within 24-48 business hours after receiving the returned products. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

      • Cash on Delivery: For COD orders, we will initiate a bank transfer for the refund, based on the billing details shared by you. This will be completed within 24-48 business hours after receiving the products back and your bank details. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

    Discount Vouchers and Health Points

    • Discount Vouchers: Vouchers are valid for one-time use only and will be considered used even if the order is canceled.

    • Health Points: If Health Points were used during the payment process, they will be credited back to your account in case of a cancellation.


    Returns, Missing Products, Replacements, or Refunds

    How to Return an Item

    We ask that you record a video while opening your shipment. The video should be uncut and unedited from the point of opening the shipment to verifying the products inside. This video will be necessary for claims regarding missing or damaged products during transit.

    We do not accept returns for used or opened products without video evidence of the opening process.
